Matt Bomer: Halloween Costumes

Kelly and Michael spoke with Kelly’s “soulmate” Matt Bomer, star of the hit USA series White Collar. I’m sure Mark was totally thrilled! Matt spoke about the show’s latest season, an upcoming film project, and spending Halloween with his three kids.

Matt Bomer chatted with Kelly and Michael about his kids’ Halloween costumes, the new season of White Collar, and cronuts.

Matt gets really into Halloween, and his entire neighborhood gets really competitive with  decorations and costumes. This year, two of his kids will be ninja turtles, and the other will be a zombie football player. Last year, Matt was supposed to be a zombie lunch lady, but he missed Halloween because of Hurricane Sandy.

Matt Bomer: ‘The Normal Heart’ Weight Loss

Matt is currently filming The Normal Heart, directed by Ryan Murphy and adapted based on the acclaimed play about the HIV/AIDS epidemic of the 1980s. For his role, Matt is hoping to drop 32 pounds, although he’s only lost ten so far.
Before he began dieting, Matt splurged on cronuts. “When I bite into a cronut, Marvin Gaye starts playing,” he said. Both Kelly and Michael are also addicted to the trendy new treat, a combination between a donut and a croissant.
Luckily, Matt wraps filming around Thanksgiving, so he can really indulge!

Matt Bomer: ‘White Collar’ Season Five

Matt’s hit series White Collar is now in its fifth season, although it feels like just yesterday the show was premiering for the very first time. At the end of last season, Matt’s FBI partner was sent to prison. Now, Matt’s character must bargain to get him out, becoming involved with a “really severe criminal” in the process.
Kelly and Michael shared a clip of Matt and co-star Tiffani Thiessen from an upcoming episode. For more of Matt Bomer, check out White Collar, airing Thursdays at 9 PM on USA Network.
